White Rock, Pontypridd

White Rock is a semi-detached dormer bungalow in Pontypridd.  We obtained planning permission for front and rear dormer additions to the roof.  This provided additional space for bedroom and a first floor bathroom.

The internal layout was reconfigured to suit our clients exact brief.  We also provided building regulations approval for the construction.
